We at MUSKAN is appointing the many NDLM  (National Digital Literacy Mission) raining Centres within the many alternative location similar to Block, Gram Panchayat/VCDC/Municipality space wise that has the minimum human, technical and infrastructural want 

We at MUSKAN believes that Digital accomplishment is that the ability of people and communities to know and use digital technologies for substantive actions at intervals life situations”.

it's essential that these coaching centres should be the a part of a registered organization in Bharat with proved coaching and facilitation credentials within the domain of education/ IT accomplishment

    Then the method of documentation came in thought Once the  method of all the documentation is thru by the NDLM (National Digital Literacy Mission) training centres, a Screening Committee recognized by NDLM  (National Digital Literacy Mission) PMU can visit the coaching Centre and on receipt of satisfactory report of the Screening Committee, certification are granted.

The major responsibilities of NDLM (National Digital Literacy Mission) training centres are as follow:

Selecting the beneficiaries eligible under the project and enrolling them for the course Imparting the appropriate training course to beneficiaries eligible under the project, including providing course materials.

 

                        Muskan is a registered, non-political, non-profitable, voluntary organization formed by a group of professionally qualified social workers. We at MUSKAN Successfully supporting and imparting this digital literacy programme to cater the required educational need of pupil. Over the last few month large number of people who belong to backward classes has been targeted by the MUSKAN and this is still in process too. Muskan believe that everyone should get the benefit of it. if the education is the fundamental right of everyone then the Digital education is also the fundamental right of everyone .So certain measures have been taken by the Muskan to spread this NDLM (National Digital Literacy Mission) programme and to let the everybody get digital literate. Independent external evaluation will be conducted by a National level certifying agency like NIELIT, NIOS, IGNOU, HKCL ,ICTACT etc.
